Our Founder
With nearly 20 years at the intersection of corporate strategy, public affairs, and social impact, Katelyn Jackson Nnake brings rare cross-sector fluency that most consultants can't replicate. She has built programs from scratch inside Fortune 100s (The Coca-Cola Company) and high-growth tech (Twitter, Klaviyo), managed crises in real time, lobbied elected officials at the local, state and federal level, and stewarded multi-million dollar philanthropic portfolios. She works with corporations, foundations, nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations as a strategic advisor, fractional executive, and industry thought leader.
She currently serves on the Corporate Advisory Council for the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation. She is a former member of the board of directors for the Greater Washington Urban League and a 2015 alum of the Masters Series of Distinguished Leaders - Skinner Institute. She’s been recognized by the National Urban League YP as a 2022 Young Professional Leadership Honoree; 2023 Emerging Leader by the College of Arts & Sciences at The Ohio State University; 2024 MF Eater Baddies In Tech/Women to Watch; and 2025 Buckeyes Under 40 by The Ohio State University Black Alumni Society.
